      Pros

      I had outstanding and empathetic team-members . I love how chic the office spaces are. Makes coming into work more enticing. I was reasonably paid and since the company is still young, there are many opportunities to set yourself apart. I definitely took advantage of all the free food and coffee. I flew out to 4 major cities throughout my time there and Summer Camp was awesome.

      Cons

      Management wasn't that responsive to my requests for further training to improve in my role. Working with the East Coast team while working on the West Coast proved frustrating. I usually had to wait on others while stuck on a problem I couldn't solve myself, but I would take all the heat from the member. Eventually I was burnt out.

      Pros

      Co-workers and most members are wonderful people to be around.

      Cons

      No growth, zero growth at all from this position. Servant like role with no motivation to stay with no upward mobility from this position. You'll be fed lies from the start that there's an opportunity to grow within the company. When a position does open up and you're not monitoring the job board, you'll only find out after they've hired someone for the role.

      Pros

      challenging engineering problems, work remote wednesdays from other wework locations in nyc, very fun culture, middle/direct management is really communicative, company feels like a special place to work at.

      Cons

      rest of company doesn't fully understand engineering, and there's no CTO. higher ups are far removed from the average software engineer.
