      Pros

      Depending on your manager, your experience varied drastically. My managers were fantastic and offered good professional development opportunities, however, this wasn't the case for everyone.

      Cons

      WeWork is a refuge for the unemployable. There are so many incompetent pseudo-decision-makers who think they are in charge, but in reality, have no idea how to complete normal tasks. The company has turned into a sad excuse for a job, having put no effort behind standardizing company-wide practices that lead to needless issues across all locations. If they thought just a bit harder about what they're supposed to accomplish, they might have the chance to succeed, but time and time again they've proven to incorrectly prioritize tasks that lead to poor employee and customer experiences.

      none. do yourself a favor and do not ever work at WeWork

      Cons

      - wework does not live up to their values - no work/life balance - even when you call out sick, people will still slack/call you. no one cares - worked 12-15 hours a day, everyday, and every holiday like it was expected - paid poverty level for the amount of hours I put in - inadequate management, had a manager who would ping me at 9pm to do something for them. - tend to promote unqualified people to higher positions - toxic work environment, it was like being in high school again, no thank you - very manual processes, new suggestions always rejected because " no bandwidth" - everything I was told/promised at the interview, never received - higher ups do play favorites here - mental health declined
