Constant Chaos

Pros

Not many pros now that the company is broke. They provide veggie only breakfast every day, veggie only dinner once a week and unlimited draft beer and wine.

Cons

There is zero transparency from leadership and direct managers on key decisions that impact your direct team. Many decisions are made with a short term view, aka bandaids and duck tape. Expectations set by leadership are unrealistic and are forced upon you against your professional opinion. In other words your opinion doesn’t matter. Everyone works to cover their behinds, instead of working with a vision and discipline.
