      Pros

      Wework is very dynamic and challenging. There is not one day without something coming up, that will stimulate your brain to achieve the impossible. There is a special energy within the company, that brings people together and makes them challenge themselves to deliver.

      Cons

      The company is young, and process are not always in place, which makes some daily tasks harder to complete. On the other hand, it gives everyone the opportunity to be part of creating the company best practices.

      It's a good platform where you could easily meet people.

      Cons

      It claims itself a tech-based company, but I don't see people they hire are actually improving the daily tech problem. And the organization is messy with no clear line of the task assignment or benchmark of the role among the team. Leaders get changed a lot and none of them seem to figure out what business model really is and how to really earn the profit - all they know is the claim themselves building a "community" whereas ironically in the end how they earn the money is simply through renting the office
