Leadership in accounting isn’t good, they lay-off a lot and the comp is low. Being a manager doesn’t give you any seniority the leadership will still do what they want

No work life balance - if you don't want to work 8am-9:30am I recommend you keep on looking. WeWork encourages you to work yourself into the ground. Many compulsory events are put on that you have to go to. Many employees who are sucked into the cult of WeWork who have worked there years simply say, "It's not as bad as it used to be..." Sick days are highly frowned upon to the point where I was throwing up at work and stayed because my manager said the team would really suffer without me. Massively short staffed, giving each community team member an impossible work load that you could never finish - this meant I was doing work after hours and even on weekends just to catch up. Oh and of course no overtime is offered.
