Pros

Fun team, nice people who are genuinely warm and friendly Minimal politics, occasional events for employees such as inter-department lunches Fun Fridays with happy hour sessions for employees and Wework members

Cons

No meat policy and tight budget for team activities can be demotivating Lots of ambiguity towards company's directions

Pros

Colleagues were wonderful and very inspiring. General mood at HQ was positive and upbeat. Hours were not insane.

Cons

Issues with management and general internal organization of disciplines. Lack of resources and clear standards for designers. Getting promoted seems to hinge on your internal connection as much, if not more, than your merit.

Pros

Culture is great, co-workers are awesome, and the work is fun.

Cons

Obviously there's a lot in the news now, but we all still love what we do. Just waiting to incorporate new changes. Not for those who need a strict routine.
