      Pros

      You can drink your sorrows away at 2pm and no one will notice / care You will learn the term "gaslighting" You may lose weight due to stress If you've ever wanted to try therapy, you'll get to real soon...

      Cons

      Too many to count. Grossly incompetent mangers, favoritism like you wouldn't believe, lack of structure / career growth, absolute imbalance in pay, irresponsible financial handling, unsafe and toxic culture. All of the "we" stuff is BS. When it comes down to it, people are cut-throat, unkind gossips who are looking out for #1. Nowhere is this more apparent than the leadership. The fish stinks from the freaking head.
