Pros

Nice working environment in terms of offices but other than that nothing good can be said

Cons

We Work has to be the most unorganized company out there with no structure or processes in place from top to bottom. If you are in the UK you are expected to work until 18:00 every day with company meetings made after this time which are compulsory !!! The place is chaos with people running around everywhere from one meeting to the next. You are lead to believe that you are coming into a culture of togetherness and "WE" this could not be further from the truth and you are left on your own from the beginning to make the job up as you go along. Avoid this place at all costs and don't believe all the rubbish that they tell you!

Pros

The teams you work with will be great and extremely talented There used to be a lot of opportunity to travel (not anymore)

Cons

- insane hours (15 hour days insane) - no actual ability to be creative because there are so many conflicting creative directions - they just want inexperience pixel pushers - Execs are weirdly overly involved in the creative process - final projects end up looking terrible because of this
