We World Believers, CEO is presents as a Narcissistic Cult Leader, There is a core of believers that are inner sanctum, Lots of back stabbing, Company is no longer a startup and news reports frequently speak of it loosing money, Feels unstable as an employee, offered shares but those were to be drip feed over 5 years, No feedback at probation staff review, my termination was discussed with numerous other staff before I was ambushed for the discussion, On joining they could not pay me an I was self funded for 4 months with no salary, expected to share hotel accommodation with unknown other staff when traveling as a senior Director, Very long hours, No positive feedback, Lots of cult style evangelical speeches by the CEO, Promoted culture of transparency and open-ness (but the CEO is hived off with a closed office), CEO and selected staff party in a closed off room no one else can enter at venue opening parties, CEO operates by establishing a culture of fear, Strange place to work

The cult worship of the CEO and VPs, Overly long hours, The weird pervasive idea that they are making the world a better place and their company is a social cause, WeWork is just a glorified real estate company catering to the hip and gullible crowd. They are doing nothing innovative and not changing the world for the better like they believe. If you are contacted by their recruiters, RUN!
