Below average salary. When you give every reason for a raise and promotion (that is well deserved) they make you feel bad for asking. Money will always be their deciding factor, it's even harder when they lead you on. As much as growth is a good thing, they are losing moral fast. That growth can't continue when you don't have a motivated team to do that work for you. Management holds all the cards and can't make clear decisions making things chaotic.

Don't have room for the career development if you are static and tried to gain something from your work only. People work in the same department can be quite saparated and don't talk to each other often. So you can only work in your narrow area and hard to gain any knowledge from other areas. So working here like 5 or 10 years will make you lose the competetence when you are on the job market some day. To know what do you want to do in your heart and try to be proactive to increase yourself skill and ability. Don't waste your time when you working here.
