Great clients. Virtual environment for most employees.

Cons

Lack of organization causes confusion. Delivering on commitments is an issue. Inconsistent with policies.

Pros

The people were wonderful to work with. Just about everyone worked from home. The provided all equipment needed to work from home. Yearly retreat with entire staff.

Cons

People in some departments didn't know what people in other departments were doing.

Pros

They have decent benefits and pay. They also have some good products and a good network of attorneys. Home offices for most employees. Good customer service.

Cons

Being a virtual office, communication between departments and management seemed to be off at times. Sometimes a new product would come out and then be put on hold or delayed.
