Pros

Small company with lots of growth potential. Some jobs are virtual and not much travel required.

Cons

There is a current initiative to move employees to Salt Lake to work in office. If you are not a Morman, this is probably not the best place for you. The environment in the office is pro-Morman and there is a general impression that you are either part of the club or not. If not, there is not much opportunity for you there. I used to really enjoy working for this company. With these changes, I am not sure how long I want to work here.
