*Remote work is nice, but no longer the rare perk it used to be

*Lots if politics and backstabbing *Anyone with JD after their name is regarded as a higher class employee--no matter the position *Constant turnover and re-orgs

Pros

Remote work, good training, interactive team environment, no micro-managing, bonus "STICP" program.

Cons

The pay is pretty low for the range of work you do, benefits are not very good- pretty expensive, no professional development opportunities.
