Pros

I've had development opportunities over the last four years working for WealthCounsel. My director is a great mentor and I feel valued not only as an employee but an individual. The company has solid goals and does it's best to empower all employees to contribute in their individual departments. I feel empowered to work at WealthCounsel, knowing that my efforts are valued.

Cons

Virtual environment and communication together can be tricky at times.
