Decent company, try to treat employees well. Communication can be tough at times in virtual environment.

Pros

They have decent benefits and pay. They also have some good products and a good network of attorneys. Home offices for most employees. Good customer service.

Cons

Being a virtual office, communication between departments and management seemed to be off at times. Sometimes a new product would come out and then be put on hold or delayed.
