This place takes great care of its employees. Benefits: They offer some of the best, including health dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, 401K, and a bunch more. Time Off: I think it is like 3 weeks of vacation that you receive, day 1 of employment along with all other benefits. They invest so much from day one in you it’s hard to believe. They fly you to Utah for a week, then another week in Florida just for training. The people here are all very helpful and work together to help each other out. The pros of this job are too numerous to list, but there are a lot more pros that I did not mention. The compensation: Well dont expect to get paid better anywhere else.
