Horrible and not a great place to work at all. Treat their employees just like another desk that is replacible

Pros

The Health Insurance is ok

Cons

They let you build up your book of business and then will just take it away from you as fast as you got it. They hirepeople to fill up their database with leads since they do not spend any money on new leads. They favor their top producers and will give all of the new employees business to one of them at any time.

Pros

The initial contact with the recruiter was surprisingly pleasant and congenial. i had no feeling of being pressured, or coerced in any commitment to any assignments. The recruiter showed care and professionalism in her search for assignments which would fit my credentials and experience, saving valuable time. I felt that my concerns and requests were very important to resolve rapidly, and that it affected positively future assignments proposal, in respect to location, type and salary.

Cons

Recently there has been few opportunities in smaller facilities, with lower volume in the 10 states I am licensed in. Most clients requests boards, and licensing has become a one year affair in most states.
