Pros

Weatherby is a great place to work. We are appreciated for my individuality, We are encouraged to be candid and have fun. I am recognized for my contribution. We have onsite healthcare, great benefits at a great price and a gym. One team One goal is something we live by while being a results driven, high performance company.

Pros

Weatherby's #1 core value -"Putting People First" is what makes the company's culture second to none. Every decision is made from a people centric point of view, which is refreshing during a challenging economy. From the on-site healthcare provider, on-site fitness center and a Mother's room for nursing mothers lets you know that their values are alive and well and are interwoven into every thing the company stands for.

Cons

This place is truly the best of the best. I can not point out any cons at this time.

Pros

In the nearly two years I have been employed at this extraordinary company it has been the greatest experience one could ever imagine. The greatness can’t really be explained, it has to be experienced. Each and every day our front office people walk the walk of protecting our culture and people US the employees first in every single decision!

Cons

To make it short and simple, there are no CONS with Weatherby.
