Pros

Great company that focuses on safety above everything else. Company helps you learn the skills needed to do any job right the first time.

Cons

The corporate structure is the downfall of this company. All management above the sight specific GM level is comprised of people who have jumped from other companies and are bringing their agendas with them. Communication at times feels non-existent between product lines. There is no real structure to allow for plant locations to communicate with each other to help one another.
