It is an international company. Has good name among companies. Good for a beginner, to learn the jobs, on a normal Salary.

Cons

If no relatives to support who are sitting on top positions, then very difficult to get promtions. Only hard work may not be recognised in 95% of the caases. Weatherford is known as Brotherford, due this syndrome, and nobody trying to correct it. If this not made a training center like this, for their relatives, then the profit of Weatherford will be doubled.
