Pros

Absolutely some of the best co-workers and colleagues one could ever want!!! Pretty nice place to work if not affected by interoffice politics. Pay is ok...but other companies pay 15-20% more for the same role. However, I would sacrifice the pay to work with my colleagues

Cons

Very poor management and pointless middle/sub-management or supervisors. WFT has been financially unstable for a long time. Laying off the money-makers and workers hasn't help...why not try the opposite. Lets get rid of CEO's, VP's, and others that are making the bad decisions! In addition to corrupt management...there is absolutely no training worth anything. It's a "learn as you go" process with little support?

Pros

Great atmosphere, with opportunity for growth. Relaxed work environment.

Cons

No raises and a weird bonus structure. Downturn caused layoffs and job insecurity. Management does not appreciate employees very much. They have no idea who is good at their job and who is not. Also there are 4 managers all communally managing a team which does not work very well.

Pros

- Pays fairly well - Good benefits and 401k matching contribution plan. - Diverse product lines, - Good training offerings... both classroom and online - Plenty of overtime for hourly personnel (when activity is strong)

Cons

- Well known financial problems - Massive lay offs during down turns - More managers than field workers - Constantly changing report structure - Managers in control who know nothing of their Product LIne - Rotating door at VP level doesn't leave a secure feeling.
