If you are able to demonstrate your skills well (social and technical) you'll be able to develop within the company fast.

Cons

Very often management is not competent or too occupied pleasing their everchanging executives that loose sight of things going within their departments and don't care about their employees too much.

Weatherfor Ampscot pays good 20 bucks start but there is no chance of advancement unless you are driven and educated.
