      The pay. Other then that it kinda sucks. Working for 30 days straight gives little time to see the family. Not to mention the fact that it seems that everyday you might end up working on the other side of the world. This includes places such as Angola, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Brazil... Some of these places are far too dangerous for my liking. Also, I find it hard to believe that there are so few people older then me working here, and im only 24. I rarely have an influence on the decision making process and i hate that.

      Weatherford international is among the largest service provider company to the upstream petroleum industry.It has more than 30000 employees world wide and involved in more than 90 countries.It's a fast growing company. If weatherford will survive this recession, it will become primier survice provider in oil and gas industry.

      Cons

      Getting salary increments and promotions in LWD/MWD product line is much difficult than other product line.
