      Pros

      At one point was really a great place to develop professionally. An individual could come in at an entry level position and gain enough skills to promote within the company or move on to a better position outside the company.

      Cons

      Senior management is very reactive to situations. The company has become so top heavy they get in their own way too much. They make it extremely difficult to actually conduct business.

      A last resort place for those who are trying to break into the industry and get exposure to the tools and services that most companies alike offer.

      Cons

      No opportunity for career growth, nepotism is rampant, in down-turns the job and culture turn extremely toxic.

      Pros

      Opportunity to refine the knowledge in Geology fields with hands on experience in Shale and Offshore fields from 2010 to 2014.

      Cons

      Lack of professional management that did not lead to better advancement and training. Highly unstable O&G Service Company that will force employees to quit or fire at first sign of instability of the market. Hiring a lot of people from abroad with working Visa contracts keeping them on the job and firing the domestic employees.
