Management is questionable and the sales team is not compensated fairly. Promotions are hard to come by into upper management.

- Talented, hardworking people across teams who genuinely care about their work - Fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and take ownership - Competitive compensation and solid benefits (when things are stable) - Many managers at the individual level do their best to support their teams

Cons

- Layoffs were handled poorly, with little empathy or consideration for timing - Employees were let go three weeks before Christmas, creating unnecessary financial and emotional stress - Communication around layoffs felt abrupt and impersonal - Culture of “growth” didn’t always match how people were treated when business priorities shifted - Trust was damaged for many employees who believed leadership valued people first, especially considering "People Not Employees" is a core value
