Pros

Great culture Very flexible remote work Great place to get entry level/career building experience and job titles in the tech industry Solid benefits like pto, insurance, stock options, etc

Cons

You will almost definitely hit a pay ceiling and be paid well under market value for your role. When people leave weave it’s often for huge 40%+ raises because of how under market a lot of roles are. It can be worth it if you’re willing to or wanting to build up your early career, but it’s something to be aware of.

Pros

People are generally kind and good at there jobs.

Cons

Pay is on the low end for most positions. It’s a bit of a revolving door with people building experience here for a year and then leaving for jobs that pay living wages.

Pros

Everything I loved about this company is gone. I honestly can't think of any pros.

Cons

New leadership is extremely toxic, they gutted everyone who made this place worth working at. Most of the processes are undocumented, or incorrectly documented. The compensation metrics for bonuses changes every quarter, sometimes halfway through the quarter, making them completely unattainable. Complaints and suggestions for improvement are usually met with PIPs or being let go. There is zero accountability from the C-Suite, I never had positive interactions with any of them. They don't listen to customer complaints until legal action is threatened, third parties are involved, or very public social media posts are made. Support is a complete joke (outsourced reps who barely speak or understand English), so as a CSM you will also be handling MANY support related escalations. Don't buy the sales pitch in the recruiting phase, "People First" is nothing more than a recruiting phrase. Also, expect a month or two to be offered a job once you start the interview process.
