Pros

Working at Weave has been great. They always put their best foot forward when considering what is best for the employees and the company. They are a competitive company who believes in paying their employees what they are worth. I have alwasy felt appreciated and taken care of. Really one of the best places to work.

Cons

Weave is a growing company; however, opportunities for advancement are not readily available.

Weave employees are passionate about the Company's and our customers' success. The people here care about their roles and they are highly motivated, not just on a personal level, but they truly care that those around them grow and succeed. It's exciting to work for an extremely fast-growing company with a unique combination of products and services, and it's even more exciting for us to see how those products/services truly add value to those that use them. I've been here for 2 years and it has definitely been the best work environment/experience that I've had.

Cons

There is some disorganization and inefficient processes, but that is pretty common in a younger, high-growth company like ours. Company management is making a consistent effort to assess inefficiencies and improve how we operate.

Pros

There is a lot of autonomy and trust given from the company. The environment is a good balance of hard work and fun. People are productive and very driven while still able to maintain a good environment.

Cons

There will always be something to complain about, but nothing notable.
