Great co-workers, very open company, fun environment, not too stressful yet still productive

Cons

There are some frustrating things about Weave (as with all companies), but they are mostly minor and not worth mentioning.

Pros

Employees take ownership and are committed to building something great. The company is both scrappy with resources but also has enough resources to do interesting things. There is a good balance between being sales focused and being product focused. Positive environment - it's a place a like to be

Cons

Like most fast growing tech companies, Weave hit some bumps in the road -- mostly with the VoIP phone systems. But invested in the product and has come out stronger. Always difficult to stay focused and hold to a deliberate strategy.

Pros

Easy to talk to anyone here. It's a great environment that is friendly and easy going. Makes is fun to come to work.

Cons

They had told me it was unlimited time off but it is really hard to actually get time off. Overall understaffed and in need of help but it's really hard to get extra hours.
