Pros

Weave is a company that truly cares about the happiness of their employees. The perks around the office alone are good reason to work here, then add in the benefits and swag that weave is constantly giving their employees and you can not go wrong! Managers, Directors and even the Founders are always willing to listen and help with any issue you may be having. I will most likely retire here!

Pros

Working at Weave has been an incredible experience for me. I have been challenged every day to be better. I have leaders and management that believe in me and want me to succeed. They do everything they can to create a great successful environment. It's a cool culture that lets you do your own thing but it's also competitive and makes you strive to be your best.

Cons

The pay could be better as an sdr but it has become more competitive.
