Pros
I was well on my way to medical school; pre requisites all finished, research hours,check and a MCAT score in the 90th%ile. Then Weave was recommended to me by a family member, and that was that. Here I am just about one and a half years ,(and several cancelled medical school interviews) later, all due to how much I came to love Weave. This was supposed to be a job that allowed me and my family to get by until medical school. That all changed for me when I caught the vision of how great this product can really be. Since then, (started as an SDR), I put my head down and worked very hard. The road has not been without speed bumps and frustrations, but Weave has rewarded my efforts generously and I have been able to move up in the company, but only in accordance with that massive effort and commitment that I gave and continue to give to Weave.
Like anything, it is what you make it. Join the Weave team and you will love the people and the product. Weave is an excellent product and we have a lot of fun here too. If you want to move up be patient, pay your dues (there will be unfairness and frustrations) and work your butt off. If you do this, you will have a fantastic job experience at Weave, because your coworkers will be some of the best and the product has immense potential.

There are ups and downs with this company for a number of reasons, but hey, it is a start up and that is half the fun.
Poor inner-office communication; also, poor dissemination of expectations/information.
Interdepartmental blame games.
