Pros
The CEO is a nice guy who I think means well but has grown too fast and has completely lost control.
Cons
This company is ignorant and lies to everyone that is hired about pay, benefits and just about everything that you are told. Over promises of pay that turned out to be about 25,000 less than I was told as SDRs hardly make anything here. Many of my good friends were let go when they cut 60 people due to covid even though in many meetings they assured all of us that we were financially healthy. Lastly the people not employees thing needs to go.. there are leaders in the sales department who will literally bully you into working holidays, weekends, nights and if you aren’t one of their best friends or followers good luck getting promoted. This company used to be great not anymore.
