-Good benefits/PTO plan -If you can find the right boss in the right department you 'might' avoid all the political drama trying to get your job done.
Cons
Where to begin... -Undeserved promotions across departments -Lack of ownership from leadership (always playing the blame game) -Being told we were "People not Employees" but then treated like a number -Talk of the Founders was discouraged and punished in some circumstances -Leadership wouldn't listen to anyone telling them what needed to get done and painted those employees as "Trouble Makers" -Leadership being full of bullies pushing their agenda and not caring about what's best for the company or clients -Threats being given to people leaving and being told "You're making the biggest mistake of your life" -Dev/Product deadlines changing constantly dependent on what Ashish (CTPO) thought was a bigger money maker/looked better as an accomplishment on his resume -Pushed IPO way too soon despite warnings/concerns from employees
