Good people, fun projects, great benefits, moderate pay
Pros
The people in the product and engineering department are great. There's still a lot of focus on our mantra of people, not employees. The competitiveness is very low. The stress is low. There's a great culture with encouraging people to enforce healthy work, life boundaries. The projects are fun, and there's generally not a lot of pressure. I definitely like working at Weave, and have respect for the leaders on the engineering department. (I don't really know the other leaders well enough).
Cons
It can sometimes feel like we're lacking some direction, and that we pivot our priorities too often. There has been a lot of attrition this year, so it always feels like we're playing catchup. The influx of Indian workers has been difficult for many due to timezone challenges. It's been sad to see so many of my friends, and the people that made Weave what it is leave.
