Pros

- Insanely popular product that is driving crazy growth - Smart, capable, and friendly coworkers. There is a lot of cross team interaction both socially and professionally. - Modern attractive office space. Games and time to socialize. - Free snacks and free lunches. - Intelligent tech choices with the willingness to try new ideas.

Cons

- There is a little jitter in focus. It is hard to nail down exactly where to focus efforts with the extreme rate of growth.

Pros

Weave focus on creating a great work environment, with emphasis on Autonomy, Purpose & Mastery. I am surrounded by people who love what they do and a great at it. Weave is still young and evolving, but I feel like each employee has a say in what Weave will become.

Cons

Weave is still figuring some things out, we are always reevaluating what works well and what does not. The rate of change takes some getting used to.

Great environment to work in, easy to get along with your coworkers Awesome product to be working with Company is moving in an awesome direction and its great to see it happen Company has great founders & management guiding the company Lots of little perks too- cafe, game room, company outings, hair stylist in house

Cons

None, I have brought multiple close friends in to see what we are doing and since then they have applied and interviewed for various departments
