Pros
It used to be a really great place to work. Some nice people still work there. Management is trying, or at least making a show of trying.
Cons
Sneaky, dishonest management. No real plan to improve. Firing or forcing people out for asking the tough questions about logistics. Strategy seems to be to hire lots of new people (often pre-existing relationships) to buoy their approval ratings rather than help experienced employees. Ego is in the driver's seat, not logic.
