      Pros

      If you wish to be a part of a company that fosters young adults, this is definitely the place for you. Your work progression is what you put into it!

      Cons

      If you're looking for a job that's nothing more than a job, this is might not be the place for you. You're encouraged to pursue ongoing learning opportunities, attend after work events, etc.

      - Awesome and fun coworkers - Variety of client projects...I worked on local clients and huge global ones - Variety of projects...I learned SEO, PPC, some design, CRO and more - Free espresso bar with barista - Endless amounts of books and training - you can learn a lot

      Cons

      - I got pretty stressed at first - Ongoing learning is expected to be done on your own time to keep up with changes in the marketing industry

      Pros

      The best coworkers and voted the #1 best company in PA to work at for a reason! Seriously, the most talented and nicest people I have ever worked with and no other company I have worked at comes close. All the perks and benefits are, as good if not better, than other Glassdoor reviews, but what's amazing about the company are the co-workers who make me better each day.

      Cons

      I personally like the level of change at the company and some days I wish things would move faster, but I've also heard a few coworkers say they wish there was less change so I guess it might depend on some people's Myers-Briggs type.
