Pros
My favorite thing about WebpageFX is how much the owners truly care about each employee and want the company to be the best place to work. A few other close seconds for me include:
Career Advancement - Every job position has a progression path and a set of goals, so we know what we need to do to advance in our careers. Their are two separate paths for progression as individual contributors and also management, so everyone has the chance to continue to grow!
Great Coworkers - I know that I can always depend on my coworkers, and there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand. We trust & respect each other and work together really well.
Culture / Activities - There are so many events and fun activities going on outside of work, and during workday breaks! They offer a variety of activities so that there is something for everyone - meditation, biking, walking, coloring & typography, game nights, parties, volunteer activities, cooking classes & jewelry making (just to name a few).
Meaningful work - We work with a huge variety of clients (big and small) and it's so insanely rewarding how much of a positive impact we can make on their businesses. I've actually had clients who have done so well that they have been able to hire more people, in part due to our work, which is incredible!
Cons
I personally don't find this to be a con, but can see where certain people might. This really is a fast-paced environment and the people who spend time outside of work learning about and staying up to date on the industry will definitely have an advantage in their careers here.
