Pros
WebFX is definitely unique from other agencies I've worked at - good and bad. I've hit a bunch of my goals this past year, which has been fulfilling and reinforced my belief in the company's approach to client management. I find the monthly companywide meetings helpful with the information that is shared across teams. Cafe Diem is a nice break during the day and appreciate people have been using the outside seating more.
Cons
Always wish for more clarity about my responsibilities to ensure I'm aligned with management expectations. Sometimes you feel like you are left to figure out how you are doing on your own and what the definition of good is. I'm always up for more transparency in general.
