      Pros

      A stable and healthy company that is well run. I remember when I started how structured the onboarding was even then. The company measures a lot and watches things down to the decimal point which has served them well. I worked there during COVID and some of the harder economic times and appreciated they endured that without layoffs, showing their financial stability and commitment to staff.

      Cons

      Some internal processes could be streamlined to reduce administrative overhead. A lot of stuff lives in Google Sheets and is overly manual. Not enough of an office presence in larger cities for me.

      Pros

      Unlike many agencies, WebFX respects personal time and discourages after-hours work. Generous PTO policy and mental health flex days are a huge plus! Flexible start times allow me to work when I'm most productive. The team leads and coaches go out of their way to make sure that we feel appreciated, I get lots of sweet cards, coffees, treats, even a gift for my dog when he was sick.

      Cons

      Busy seasons can still be stressful even with good boundaries. Client expectations sometimes require extra hours despite the company's best efforts.

      Here are the highlights for me: BHAG trips, bonuses, FXLearns ongoing learning perks, company Tesla, foodies community group, charity match, training programs and mentors (love LaKita!), relatable leadership who you can easily talk to, collaborative

      Negatives: insurance costs increase, 401k match should be higher, lack of role clarity
