I worked here for around 3 years as my first job after college doing social media campaigns for clients. - The training was very thorough and helpful - Lots of opportunities to get experience on variety of campaigns, you will learn a lot quickly here - Coaches and leaders are open to feedback and caring - Flexible remote and WFH, we got a lot of free home office equipment during covid - Ongoing learning program and healthy living program with bonuses and gifts - Tesla that you can take for lunch

-Caring team members & leaders with a "fail forward" mindset - I can't count the number of times I've had personal issues or work issues that were addressed with compassionate leadership, flexibility when needed & connections to other experts and mentors in the company to support me - WebFX is growing quickly, so there are a lot of growth opportunities and career progression paths that can be tailored to your interests as you progress in your career - The company has been focusing a lot on the importance of self-care and mental health, through trainings, company updates, lunch & learns, and it's been really helpful to connect with others and share tips. We also have a lot of mental health benefits like co-pays for therapy paid by the company. Our leaders are vulnerable about their experiences with similar challenges - Everyone is always doing their best - no one can be perfect - but the intentions are always clear and transparent that we do what is best for our team first - Lots of ongoing learning and industry resources available if you want to learn more about your area of expertise, bonuses for subject matter experts - I love that we can align our work with things that make the world a better place, like our FXBuilds program where we hit goals and donate money to build schools, water sources, etc. in other countries - We are going global and it's fun to work with so many different people across the world
