      Pros

      Unlike many agencies, WebFX respects personal time and discourages after-hours work. Generous PTO policy and mental health flex days are a huge plus! Flexible start times allow me to work when I'm most productive. The team leads and coaches go out of their way to make sure that we feel appreciated, I get lots of sweet cards, coffees, treats, even a gift for my dog when he was sick.

      Cons

      Busy seasons can still be stressful even with good boundaries. Client expectations sometimes require extra hours despite the company's best efforts.

      I'd echo a lot of the other comments on the culture being fun and a big part of why I enjoy working here. The people are genuinely so kind. For the work, WebFX stays ahead of industry trends, we have been doing a lot of research into AI and the CEO talks about it a lot in company goals meetings to keep us updated. I've gained more practical experience here in 1 year than in 3 years at my previous company. I also earned a new iPad for completing milestones in the ongoing learning program :D

      The fast pace of change can be overwhelming. I feel like I've just mastered something when we're already moving to a new approach.
