      Pros

      I am really proud at all I have learned and been taught during my 2 years here. I didn't know a lot when I took the job about digital marketing but the team has been very helpful in teaching me, developing my skillsets and believing in me. I liked getting to work on accounts during my training and learning by doing. My other favorite thing is the ongoing learning library because I'm a bookworm!

      Cons

      This is more for before I started but the application process took a long time for me at least. The interviews here are pretty intense and long to get through.

      Fun team, cool office space, they are very good at teaching you new things, lots of good perks like espresso w/barista, wellness program, good variety of accounts big and small, supportive team, good HR team, reasonable hours

      Parking is tough some days, not a lot of in person meetings

      Pros

      The best coworkers and voted the #1 best company in PA to work at for a reason! Seriously, the most talented and nicest people I have ever worked with and no other company I have worked at comes close. All the perks and benefits are, as good if not better, than other Glassdoor reviews, but what's amazing about the company are the co-workers who make me better each day.

      Cons

      I personally like the level of change at the company and some days I wish things would move faster, but I've also heard a few coworkers say they wish there was less change so I guess it might depend on some people's Myers-Briggs type.
