      Pros

      Been here a few years now and I'm happy. Training was thorough when I started, the team I'm on is supportive, and I feel like leadership actually listens when we give feedback. They added a company Tesla after someone suggested it. They send thoughtful cards and I get a generous raise every year.

      Cons

      Some flexibility on when and where you work but not as much as I'd like.

      Pros

      I came from a bigger company and was nervous about going to an agency but this has been a pleasant surprise. The engineering team here is solid and we've been leaning into AI heavily the last couple years which has been exciting. Code reviews are taken seriously and there's real mentorship happening. I like that I can bring up wanting to learn something new and people actually help make it happen. The office vibe is good and the people are down to earth.

      Cons

      Health insurance is pricey compared to what I had at my previous employer, especially for family coverage. Also the open office can get noisy sometimes - noise cancelling headphones are a must.

      - Pet friendly office (they even have pawternity leave) - Good progression paths that are actually transparent - FXLearns is legit for career development - Standing desks and nice office setup - Company does real charity work not just for show - Snack wall - Genuinely good people here

      Cons

      - Can be hard to keep up with all the process changes - Some weeks are way busier than others and it hits all at once - Wish there were more office locations in bigger cities - Healthcare could be better for families
