      Decent company culture, lower pay

      Pros

      The company culture is not so demanding and prioritizes on family.

      Cons

      health insurance is not the best lower pay compared to competitors in the same industry if you don't have experience in the pharma industry there is a big learning curve.

      The people make this place amazing. The mission is aligned with my interests as well - helping people (and thus employers and health plans) become healthier.

      Cons

      It can feel like we are slow to adjust or develop key products. Compensation can be improved as well, and benefits have been declining.
