Poor leadership, all good employees are gone, zero strategy for years has left us in a bad spot and no growth, layoffs after layoffs. Critical tech knowledge has left with many good employees. A corporate takeover a few year ago eliminated many of the small perks that were nice to have in your day. The company has almost always been very profitable with lots of cash on hand, they had just completed a gorgeous and multi-million dollar space renovation. It sent a message to the employees that the new corporate raider management team regarded them as expendable.
