      Pros

      Everyone works independently, you'll spend less time stuck in meetings and more time managing your own work load.

      Cons

      There is no space for creativity. Designers work off templates and are discouraged from bringing any new ideas to the table. There is an overall negative attitude and low morale throughout the company. The work is monotonous. Designers come and go through a revolving door. Salaries are low and time off is very limited.
