Thank you for providing your feedback. Our recent acquisition of Clinicient and Keet was strategic and will allow us to extend our market leading position in outpatient rehab. We have a roadmap to integrate the companies and are working to do this with minimal disruption to our Members. Sometimes these integrations require additional hours as unexpected findings occur that need to be addressed in a timely manner to reduce adverse impact to our Members. We appreciate our Engineering, Support, Product, Success and any other teams that have been tirelessly working to ensure issues are identified and addressed. We appreciate the dedication of our employees to see this through as we’ve made tremendous progress. We also acknowledge there has been some loss of knowledge due to turnover as this isn’t an easy process and some individuals have opted out, so it makes things a bit tougher at times. Our Recruiting team is making progress in backfilling open positions within Engineering to help alleviate the workload stress. They are always for diverse and qualified candidates to fill those positions. WebPT is proud to be a woman-founded and led company and our DEI initiatives are reflective in our leadership numbers, as over 50% of our leaders are women across the organization. With the help of our internal DEI Taskforce, we are committed to celebrating and expanding our team’s diverse representation within all areas of the company.
