Pros

A once great SaaS company which helps with recognition when you realize everyone is lying to you about the state of the company, you probably will know more then your leadership, the CEO frequently goes off script and creates some comical moments. The mass exodus of top performers helps build a network to apply to other positions.

Cons

They are cutting benefits, they have lost touch with their members and the industry as a whole, they are in denial about how truly terrible their product is, terrible comp plans, continually outsource their talent to India and other companies. They are focused on becoming an RCM company rather then a SaaS company.

Only pro is Working from home

Cons

Management, supervisors, team leads are unapproachable and belittle you when you ask questions and are always on power trips. You’re always told what you’re doing wrong and rarely praised for a good job done. New Insurance benefits are ridiculous and unaffordable for family or individuals who actually need to see a dr. There is no job security whatsoever and some departments have been outsourced to India. You used to feel valued as an employee, but this place has really gone downhill. Keep looking there’s a better job for you out there.

Pros

When I started with WebPT, the core values were a way of life. It was the most amazing place I had ever worked.

Cons

The company evolved, after 5 years, into a sweat shop. The core values were talked about but very few, especially upper management, knew what they actually meant. The focus was on the bottom line with disregard for providing a meaningful service to the members.
