Pros

The best thing about webpt is Work-Life Balance with very good understanding Managers and supervisors. The career path in Webpt is quite promising and the IJP process is transparent. Many opportunities were created for employees for past 14 months. The culture and CSR programs are organized by different committees which is unique.
