Pros

Some of the best parts about the company are the people that you work with. The company does a great job looking for good people to work with and there are good friends that working alongside you.

Cons

The hardest part is working with people that just aren't fit for the job. There is an emphasis on hiring culture fits and hoping that those people will be good workers or managers, but the fact of the matter is that the politics are sometimes hard to navigate and a lot of people in management are constantly being turned over because they are bad fits.

The double-standards and hypocrisy are staggering. The favoritism is disgusting. Systems are terribly outdated and of poor functionality, especilly for a tech company. Poor pay. Less than competitive benefits. Management so terrible they even drive out HR because they are so arrogant and threatening to anyone that challenges them by using tactics such as verbal and physical intimidation while preaching open door policies and collaboration. Micromanagement and policing employees are standard practice while preaching empowerment. Turn over increasing at all levels from entry-level to CEO, reflective of the chages within.
